Daniel Gerber harvested at Du Toitskloof Cellar in Rawsonville from January to March 1997 under the management of Phillip Jordaan.
Since May 1997 Daniel joined BBK in Worcester. As part of the technical team under Christie Theron's leadership, Daniel was in charge of
Stabilization, Filtration, Logistics as well as Pre-Bottling Product Preparation.
In February 2009 Daniel was promoted to Logistics Manager under mentor Lourens Smith.
Daniel's field of expertise included Audits, Production Planning, Pest Control and Improvement of Internal Systems.
In August 2017 Daniel felt that he had reached a peak in his career and resigned at BBK.
In September 2017 he founded Quality Bottling Solutions.
It is Quality Bottling Solutions' mission to provide reliable service at affordable rates and shorter timelines. Quality Bottling Solutions reduces production costs and increases product quality.
